By using orbicularis.com or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist reserves your place in line and signs you up for email updates. It is not an order, a pre-order, or a guarantee that a product will be offered for sale. You may leave the list at any time via our unsubscribe page.
The referral program
Each subscriber gets a unique referral link. Referrals are counted when a new, previously unregistered email address joins through your link. We may void referrals that appear to be automated, duplicated, or otherwise obtained in bad faith. We may adjust or discontinue the referral program before the campaign launches.
Forward-looking statements
Timelines, features, and imagery shown on this site describe work in progress and may change. Prototype photography and video represent development hardware, not a final production product.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to disrupt the site, submit addresses you don't control, scrape our content at scale, or use our name, logo, or media outside the terms of the press kit.
Intellectual property
All site content, imagery, and the Orbicularis Systems name and logo are owned by Orbicularis Systems; press and media may use the assets provided in the press kit for editorial coverage.
Disclaimer and liability
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid us, if any.
