What we collect

• Your email address, when you join the waitlist or unlock the sneak peek.
• Referral data, the referral code you arrived with and the code we generate for you, so we can show your position and referral count.
• Campaign attribution, utm_source, utm_medium, and utm_campaign values from the link you clicked, stored with your signup so we know which post brought you here.

How we use it

• To send build updates, sneak peeks, and the Kickstarter launch announcement.
• To calculate your waitlist position and referral count.
• To understand which marketing channels are working, in aggregate.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share your email address with third parties for their own marketing.

Service providers

We use a small number of processors to run the site, including our database, hosting, and transactional email providers. Each processes your data only to provide those services to us.

Analytics and advertising

We may use the Meta advertising pixel to measure ad performance and show ads to people who have visited the site. These pixels set cookies in your browser. You can opt out through your ad settings on those platforms or by blocking third-party cookies in your browser.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from any email at any time using the link in the footer of every message, or on our unsubscribe page.
• Access or deletion, email us and we'll send you a copy of what we hold about you, or delete it, within 30 days.

Retention

We keep waitlist records until the Kickstarter campaign concludes and you tell us to remove you, whichever comes first. Payment records are retained as long as required for tax and accounting purposes.

Children

The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we make a material change to this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify subscribers by email.
